Tips on how to avoid body acne ...

Body acne is caused by clogged pores that attract dirt and grime  and eventually suffocate the skin. The sweat, oil and dirt collect in the pores and promote the growth of bacteria. Bacteria and friction from clothing normally cause body acne. It is a fact that we sometimes leave out those hard-to-rach areas of our skin.

Hera are some tips to avoid such:

1. Try to wear light clothes that are breathable. It will reduce the amount of sweating you do which often irritates the pores and results in acne breakouts. The area of our back is very pore-sensitive, becoming too warm will cause sweat and attract dirt to the oil glands in this area of your body.

2. Try to use a cloth or loafa that can help reach your back, so that you can clean those hard-to-reach areas often as possible, or  just ask the hubby to get in the shower and clean your back, hehe ;)

3. Try to use liquid soap or waterless cleanser all over your back each day. And try to wash it off thoroughly.

If your acne is too much to handle, go to a dermatologist for a consultation as soon as possible or browse through the net for available solutions to avoid unwanted scars and marks on your back.
