Because Gidget is in PH, she asked me to call our friends for a get together. So like before, i tried to call everyone that have their numbers with me. In the end, I was able to make Lovin, Ryan, Luther, Suzanne, Marlon, Tupe and Angge come, then plus me and Gidget. We had a blast! My jaw ached laughing from the moment we saw Lovinson, until we said our goodbyes. He is such a comedian, no dull moment when he is around, never runs out of funny antics and then add up the goofiness of the other boys..RIOT! Wonder why Lovin hasn’t been discovered all these years..hehehe.

Lovinson in stripes

I have many childhood friends, but there is only one that I have never lost touch my whole life, my friend Karina Gargarita Galanga. I consider her as my own “true blooded sister”. We have shared a lot of fond memories. Were like Batman and Robin, B1 and B2, Spongebob and Patrick, Mr. Bean and Teddy…hehehe. Though when we grew older we had different likes, different persona, but we still had that bond that we will always share for the rest of our lives. She is one of the few that I can trust and never have to worry of her judging me. I am blessed to have her in my life.

“Gidget”, as I’ve always called her when we were little, has a sort of tough facade. Though she exudes that certain quality, she has always been a sweet and caring friend to me. She always makes the effort to ask me how I am and is always ready to listen to what I have to say. Now that she is a mom, I can see the softer side of her on the way she takes good care of her family. I really miss her a lot. She has been living in California for 6 years now to be with his hubby, with a job that I never imagined her, a nurse. She will be visiting PH on the 9th to attend his brother Charlie’s wedding. I’m so excited to see her.

My wish for my good ‘ol friend “Gart” (her petname when we were in college) is to have a new bundle of joy, the soonest time. Thanks for everything Gidget! Friends till the end:)
